Top Built, Inc. serves the Norther California region, specifically the Sacramento Area and Bay Area. We specialize in the fabrication and installation of Architectural Sheet Metal, Composite Wall Panels, and Metal Roofing/Siding for Commercial buildings and Residential projects. Our services include metal roofing, architectural metalwork/trim, custom sheet metal applications, metal siding, and composite wall panels (ACM).

Owner and Founder of TOP BUILT Inc., Pavel Kovalchuk, is an experienced specialist who has been working with Architectural sheet metal, metal roofing and metal siding and ACM panels, since 1994. Established in 2001 and located in Sacramento, CA, TOP BUILT Inc. underwent changes in 2009 to its business entity from sole proprietorship to corporation. Though, the standard established with the company in 2001 remains as active: “Always Build to the Top Standards”.

We also stay up-to-date with other organizations, advancements, and issues in the industry.
